The case before i extract the deciduous palatal canines right and left

Dr.Suki

You can rotate or flip your image in the gallery tab. As I said before, it seems that extraction treatment is possible. If the patient is young, extraction treatment may be preferred over prosthetic treatment.

darkman_moh

Thanks alot for your help I thought i can do like your treatment in case you showed before for unilateral extraction and keep one side in class ii thanks again

darkman_moh

Yes 17 years old

Dr.Suki

That also seems like a good idea. If you don't want to change your patient's profile, it may take a little longer, but I think you might be able to mesialize the posterior teeth.

darkman_moh

If i do mesialization i will make t loop for mesialization

darkman_moh

And if i want to change profile and extract the 4s upper and lower ?

darkman_moh

So its need tpa Anchorage

Dr.Suki

If you want to mesialize the posterior teeth, the mini-screw anchor looks better than the TPA. :)

darkman_moh

If extract the upper 4 other side and retract the anterior s can use tpa ..?

Dr.Suki

I think it's good.

darkman_moh

thanks alot for your time and your advice

darkman_moh

You told me before about your case not used mini screw for mesialization

Dr.Suki

Since my case had crowding, there was no need for a mini-screw. But I think this case will have a lot of space after leveling.

darkman_moh

ok, Thanks ..

she is missed upper 4 from one side
no shift in midline
severity of proclination of anterior segment need extraction 4 of other side and retraction anterior segment ?

Dr.Suki

Can I see the upper and lower occlusal photos? The incisal inclination looks relatively normal, but there is also a slight protrusion, so if the anchor is adjusted well, I think the extraction may be possible.
