Unable to upgrade my account to Premium

eniafrancesco95

Hi, I have issues trying to upgrade my account to Premium. When I click on PayPal it opens a blank page and if I close it there is a dialog that asks for the PayPal login. I put username and password but it does not work and stays blocked.

WebCeph Manager

Dear Doctor, Thank you for your inquiry, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced during the upgrade payment process via PayPal. After contacting PayPal directly regarding the issue you reported, we have confirmed that our WEBCEPH PayPal account is fully active and has no restrictions. Therefore, the issue may be related to a temporary connection error caused by specific browser settings or regional limitations. PayPal has advised that you contact your local PayPal customer support (www.paypal.com) to check if there are any account-related or region-specific payment restrictions that may be affecting your transaction. To help resolve this as quickly as possible, we would be happy to cancel and refund your current Plus subscription. Once your account returns to the Free plan, you will be able to try subscribing to the Premium plan again. Would you like us to proceed with the cancellation and refund? Please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further. Warm regards, The WEBCEPH Team

BUG IN "SAVE AS IMAGE"

eniafrancesco95

I want to save the analisys as image but when I click Save as image it saves just the analisys lines and measures and not the cephalography

WebCeph Manager

Dear Doctor, Thank you very much for your inquiry. To include the cephalogram image when saving the analysis as an image, please enable the “Ceph Print” toggle located on the right side of the analysis screen. This feature is available exclusively to Premium members, and it allows both the cephalometric tracing and the cephalogram to be included when exporting the report or using the “Save as Image” function. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Thank you for using WEBCEPH.

eniafrancesco95

That's not fair. I could do it before with my plus account

WebCeph Manager

Dear Doctor, Thank you very much for your message. We understand your concern, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion. There was indeed a period during which the feature to save analysis images with the cephalometric X-ray was temporarily accessible to Plus members. However, this was due to an unintended system configuration, and once identified, the settings were corrected accordingly. We kindly inform you that this feature is an exclusive function of the Premium membership. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Warm regards, WEBCEPH Team

Improve analysis readability

eniafrancesco95

Hi, is it possible to include a feature to modify the numbers size, font and color in the analysis? Also is it possible to just show numbers without the descriptions on the left? Often the analysis is difficult to read with small numbers and the overlappings with the descriptions. Thanks

WebCeph Manager

Dear doctor. Thank you for your good opinion. We will review your opinion to see if we can improve it. Thank you very much.

Possible bug

eniafrancesco95

Hi, I want to signal a possible bug. When adding a new measurement if I select Result1/Result2 and set a measurement A and a measurement B the program invert the 2 measurements. Example: I want to create a facial height ratio. I want posterior face height/anterior face height. I set as measurement A posterior face height and as measurement B anterior face height. After I save I find that the program calculate anterior face/posterior face instead of posterior face/anterior face

WebCeph Manager

Dear doctor. Thank you for reporting the issue. We will check the problem and take corrective action. Thank you so much.

WebCeph Manager

Dear doctor, we have identified and addressed the issues. We are sorry to say that to ensure that the modified code is accurately reflected, a modification in the definition of your custom measurement is required. Please follow the steps below on the Measurement wizard page:

WebCeph Manager

1. Select the custom measurement you defined as "facial height ratio" from the custom measurements list.
2. Click the "Update Measurement" button.
3. On the newly displayed screen, set Measurement A as the Posterior face height and set Measurement B as the Anterior face height.
4. Save the changes.

WebCeph Manager

After completing these steps, the analysis page should now display as you intended. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Rx orientation

eniafrancesco95

Hi, is it possible to orient the lateral Rx based on a lateral photo taken in NHP (natural head position)

WebCeph Manager

Dear doctor. Thank you for your question. Since NHP(Natural head position) usually refers to the patient's natural head posture looking straight ahead during X-ray taking, the images taken from an X-ray machine can be considered NHP. If your question is how to align the X-ray by FH plane, there is a function for that in the Analysis tab. In the Analysis tab, on the right control panel, there is a toggle button called 'Align to FH'. When you press this button, the basic settings for cephalo analysis will be realigned to the X-ray based on the FH plane and the analysis will be performed. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

eniafrancesco95

Thank you for the reply. Most of the time the x-ray taken by radiologists are not in NHP because they align arbitrarily the patient. So I have to align the X-ray to my photo taken in NHP using overlapping and reducing opacity. I've seen other programs that have this tool.
