Since NHP(Natural head position) usually refers to the patient's natural head posture looking straight ahead during X-ray taking, the images taken from an X-ray machine can be considered NHP. If your question is how to align the X-ray by FH plane, there is a function for that in the Analysis tab. In the Analysis tab, on the right control panel, there is a toggle button called 'Align to FH'. When you press this button, the basic settings for cephalo analysis will be realigned to the X-ray based on the FH plane and the analysis will be performed.
