"뼈를 분리했는데 괜챦아요? 잘 붙어요? 뼈가 다시 생기나요? " 턱교정 수술 전 상담이나 수술 후 CT 평가 시, 실제 위 케이스에서 보는바와 같이 고정 핀/스크류의 경우는 특별한 경우를 제외하고는(일부 환자에서 감염이나, Loosening등에 의해 미리 제거하는경우도 있습니다.) 술 후 1년 전후로 제거가 가능합니다.(술자에 따라서는 6개월 이후부터 제거를 하시는 분들도 많습니다.) 핀 제거는 꼭 해야하는것은 아닙니다.다만, 늦어지면 핀 상방으로 뼈가 덮여서 제거 시간이 더 오래 걸리게되니 (마취시간도 길어지고, 오래 수술하면 아무래도 부기도 더 심해지니) 계획하신다면 1년내외로 제거하는것을 추천합니다. -추가-

턱교정 수술 직후 수 mm 정도 cortical line이 분리되어있더라도,
대부분의 경우 1년 후 CT를 관찰해 보면, 해면골 상방으로 다시 피질골이 생성되어 전체적인 연결성을 회복하고 있음을 확인할 수 있습니다.
Plate를 보면 술 후 1년 에서 휘어져있는것을 확인 할 수 있습니다.
