I have issue with downloading reports. It happens with all browsers.

2 Main issue

Hello ,
I have two main issue. First one is while downloading excel file XLS format is created. And that causes some values to turn into like date instead of number. So i need XLSX file. Is it fixable? Also i can not get report from analysis there is an issue there and it wasnt happenning before i get premium.
