Dividing patients

saraabouchedid99

Is there a way to divide the patient list into different groups? And is there a way to add our own tags?

WebCeph Manager

Dear Doctor, Thank you very much for your inquiry. On the Patient List page, you can click the “ID” button in the top bar to access the color labeling feature, as shown in the image. This allows you to categorize patients into up to six different groups. Additionally, custom tags can be added on the Patient Record page. Simply enter your desired tag name and click the “+” button to apply the tag to the patient. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again. Thank you.

Superimposition comparison

saraabouchedid99

Is there a way to have the comparison between 2 lateral cephalograms after superimposing them? I.e. how much did every point move in both the x and y axis?

WebCeph Manager

Dear Doctor, Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, this feature is not currently available in WEBCEPH. However, as an alternative, you can compare pre- and post-treatment cephalometric measurements by selecting two records in the Analysis Tab and clicking on the Chart Tab. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us again. We sincerely appreciate your use of WEBCEPH. Best regards, WEBCEPH Team

Treatment Simulations

saraabouchedid99

Hello! Do you use the holdaway VTO for treatment simulation predictions? Or which other formula do you use?

WebCeph Manager

Dear Doctor, Thank you for your inquiry. We would like to inform you that WEBCEPH does not use Holdaway VTO for treatment simulation predictions. The ratio of soft tissue movement to skeletal movement in WEBCEPH is as shown in the attached image; however, the exact numerical values of this ratio are not disclosed at this time. We appreciate your interest in WEBCEPH. Sincerely, WEBCEPH

Soft tissue predictions

saraabouchedid99

Hello
Which analysis do you use for soft tissue predictions? Is it the Holdaway analysis? Or something else?
Thank you

WebCeph Manager

Dear doctor, thanx for asking. The soft tissue predictions in the Lateral Face tab of WEBCEPH are not directly based on a specific researcher's analysis, such as the Holdaway analysis. Instead, they are derived from a combination of selected measurements that are deemed helpful for soft tissue analysis. I hope this answer is helpful. Thank you very much.

Soft tissue analysis

saraabouchedid99

Hello!
Is it possible to add other analyses other than Ricketts? Will the Holdaway analysis be available?

WebCeph Manager

Dear doctor. Thank you for your inquiries. We will study the Holdaway analysis method and see if it can be added. Thank you for your valuable opinion.
