It would be nice, in my opinion, if you could create a place to archive cases that study has been done but for some reason the patient did not start treatment, nor will ever start treatment (so digitation, and analysis folder is not correct for that patient, nor treatment, and it is not completed in the sense that treatment did not even started)?
Sometimes we present the study to the patient but then they chose not to be treated... So the case is not "completed" because it has not started, it is not in "digitation" phase, and already not in "analisys" phase.
Placing them in "archived" folder could, with time, allow us to make assumptions if there any patterns in which patients we…
Could you please create the possibility of costumize the duration of the appointment?
Or at least could we be also able to set it 15min duration?

Dear doctor. we appreciate your question. As you said, WEBCEPH currently allows appointment duration to be specified in 30-minute increments. Technically, it is difficult to specify the appointment duration in an arbitrary time increment. However, we will review whether it is possible to change it in 15-minute increments. I work as orthodontist in different offices. Is it possible to use 1 webceph account and give access to staff members of the different offices ? I mean in each office access only the patients of that office would be visible to that "assistant" authentication/login. I would have access to all patients with my login, but in each office only that office patients could be visible. Thank you!

Is it possible to create a space for case discussion between colleagues (of the same office, for example)?
Orthodontic pacients often have other dental need, such as implant placement, veneers, composites, etc... so sometimes discussion with other team members is good.
It would be great if our team members could receive a link and see the case, and a chat could be done directly with patient records. Is this possible right now if they are not webceph users (and never will because not orthodontists...).
This way some doubts were answered and case summary could be added to webnotes, for example.
