Hi! How can i include beta angle in the measuremente assistant?
I cant find the way to do the perpendicular from point A to Co-B plane, and then calculate the angle between AB to the perpendicular

Dear doctor. Thank you for your question. We'll investigate the beta angle. The beta angle is confirmed to be defined by the angle formed by two specifically defined lines. Therefore, it is judged to be difficult with the current custom definition method of WebCeph, but we will review whether there is another possible way. Thank you for your comments.

Dear Doctor, Thank you for your inquiry. Wits Appraisal measures the anteroposterior relationship between the maxilla (A-point) and mandible (B-point) by projecting these points onto the occlusal plane and measuring the distance between the projections (A' and B').

+ value : point A' (the projection of A-point) is ahead (anterior) of point B' (the projection of B-point) on the occlusal plane. This typically indicates a Class II skeletal relationship, where the maxilla is forward or the mandible is retruded.

- value : point A' is behind (posterior) point B'. This typically indicates a Class III skeletal relationship, where the mandible is protruded or the maxilla is retruded.
