Dear Doctor, Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, WebCeph subscriptions are only available on PC browsers and we are currently recommending PayPal. However, in some situations, PayPal recurring payments may not work smoothly. In this case, what we can suggest is that you try to pay directly with a credit card by selecting "Other options" at the bottom right of the payment window.

If that option doesn't work for you, we recommend that you try PayPal's one-time payment. Please check this option is provided only for annual payment products The payment method for one-time payment is explained below. (Not regular recurring payment but one-time payment solution)

If you press the "Credit Card Registration (Global)" button on WebCeph's monthly subscription page, the following pop-up window will appear on the screen. When you select "Yearly One-time Payment" menu within this pop-up window, you can make a single WebCeph payment for a year using PayPal Express. If you haven't tried this option, we recommend you try it.
