Sharing a case with colleagues

Is it possible to create a space for case discussion between colleagues (of the same office, for example)?
Orthodontic pacients often have other dental need, such as implant placement, veneers, composites, etc... so sometimes discussion with other team members is good.
It would be great if our team members could receive a link and see the case, and a chat could be done directly with patient records. Is this possible right now if they are not webceph users (and never will because not orthodontists...).
This way some doubts were answered and case summary could be added to webnotes, for example.

Dear doctor. Thank you for your very valuable comment. We are planning a study group function. In this study group, users can open a study group and invite fellow dentists to discuss cases with closed group members. However, because it is currently in the planning stage, it may take a considerable amount of time before actual development begins and users begin using the features. Currently, the discussion menu (Discussion tab) provides the function to discuss the cases with colleagues by uploading the images.
