Total distalization case on mandibular dentition using a mini-screw

In traditional Cl III compromise treatment with Cl III elastic, the labioversion of the maxillary anterior teeth and the opening of the occlusal plane appear. There are some cases where this is advantageous (see Column.5 of jgosggg, Effect of MEAW treatment with anterior crossbite, https://webceph.com/ko/k7d8p9kap/hsqj5n4loz1/?page=), but if you don't want this, the posterior movement of the mandibular dentition through a mini-screw can be helpfull, as this effect is minimal.
