Hi, I have issues trying to upgrade my account to Premium. When I click on PayPal it opens a blank page and if I close it there is a dialog that asks for the PayPal login. I put username and password but it does not work and stays blocked.

To help resolve this as quickly as possible, we would be happy to cancel and refund your current Plus subscription.
