Is it possible to do occlusogram of Dental Ortho Cast photo instead of intra oral photo and put ruler besides the Dental Cast? I just find it that it would be a good alternative to do. thank you

How to download the softtissue profile analysis data, also the table of frontal facial photo analysis is not downloadable

I could not customise cogs analysis since it uses HORIZONTAL PLANE that is 7 degrees to SN PLANE . CAN U ADD HORIZONTAL PLANE SOMWHERE SO THAT I CAN CUSTOMISE THE ANALYSIS.KINDLY REPLY

Dear Dr.Ramya, Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately, the feature to set a virtual plane with an arbitrary angle added to a specific plane is not currently available. As an alternative, when setting measurement values, you could define the angle measurement based on the FH plane as a reference and input a value that is 7 degrees smaller than the mean value of your reference data for comparison. We will internally discuss potential improvements to the measurement wizard in relation to this matter. Thank you.

Verifique qué dominio corresponde a la cuenta para la cual cambió la contraseña. Estimado Doctor, Gracias por su consulta. Si va al menú Método de pago en la página de su Cuenta, hay un botón para darse de baja de Plus/Premium (botón Cancelar suscripción). Puede cancelar su suscripción haciendo clic en el botón 'Cancelar suscripción'. Si cancelas la suscripción, el pago no se realizará automáticamente a partir de la fecha de pago del mes siguiente y la membresía Plus/Premium se mantendrá por el resto del período.

Para eliminar una cuenta, después de iniciar sesión en la cuenta que desea eliminar, ingrese a la página "Cuenta". 1) Haga clic en el botón de cuenta "Editar". 2) Haga clic en la pestaña "Clínica" en el modo emergente. 3) Haga clic en el botón "Eliminar cuenta".
