"Archived" patients

It would be nice, in my opinion, if you could create a place to archive cases that study has been done but for some reason the patient did not start treatment, nor will ever start treatment (so digitation, and analysis folder is not correct for that patient, nor treatment, and it is not completed in the sense that treatment did not even started)?
Sometimes we present the study to the patient but then they chose not to be treated... So the case is not "completed" because it has not started, it is not in "digitation" phase, and already not in "analisys" phase.
Placing them in "archived" folder could, with time, allow us to make assumptions if there any patterns in which patients we are most likelly to fail motivating them to start treatment...
