I want to save the analisys as image but when I click Save as image it saves just the analisys lines and measures and not the cephalography
WebCeph Manager
Dear Doctor, Thank you very much for your inquiry. To include the cephalogram image when saving the analysis as an image, please enable the “Ceph Print” toggle located on the right side of the analysis screen. This feature is available exclusively to Premium members, and it allows both the cephalometric tracing and the cephalogram to be included when exporting the report or using the “Save as Image” function. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Thank you for using WEBCEPH.

Dear Doctor, Thank you very much for your message. We understand your concern, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion. There was indeed a period during which the feature to save analysis images with the cephalometric X-ray was temporarily accessible to Plus members. However, this was due to an unintended system configuration, and once identified, the settings were corrected accordingly. We kindly inform you that this feature is an exclusive function of the Premium membership. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Warm regards, WEBCEPH Team
Hi, I want to signal a possible bug. When adding a new measurement if I select Result1/Result2 and set a measurement A and a measurement B the program invert the 2 measurements. Example: I want to create a facial height ratio. I want posterior face height/anterior face height. I set as measurement A posterior face height and as measurement B anterior face height. After I save I find that the program calculate anterior face/posterior face instead of posterior face/anterior face
WebCeph Manager
1. Select the custom measurement you defined as "facial height ratio" from the custom measurements list.
2. Click the "Update Measurement" button.
3. On the newly displayed screen, set Measurement A as the Posterior face height and set Measurement B as the Anterior face height.
4. Save the changes.
Hi, is it possible to orient the lateral Rx based on a lateral photo taken in NHP (natural head position)
WebCeph Manager
Dear doctor. Thank you for your question. Since NHP(Natural head position) usually refers to the patient's natural head posture looking straight ahead during X-ray taking, the images taken from an X-ray machine can be considered NHP. If your question is how to align the X-ray by FH plane, there is a function for that in the Analysis tab. In the Analysis tab, on the right control panel, there is a toggle button called 'Align to FH'. When you press this button, the basic settings for cephalo analysis will be realigned to the X-ray based on the FH plane and the analysis will be performed. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
