By accessing, using or downloading any information and/or materials from the Web Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions below (the "Terms of Use"). 3. Management of the Web Site's data

WebCeph manages your data in order to provide Web Site's services. By accessing and using WebCeph services, you are granting WebCeph the right to manage your data.

To enable you to utilize WebCeph services, it is necessary for WebCeph to transmit, save, copy, delete, and edit contents in connection with various cloud services. WebCeph also needs to index contents to allow you to search them as well as to prevent and back up data. WebCeph may manage data according to your setting in WebCeph services.

If you provide data to WebCeph services, you will be deemed to have granted WebCeph and the affiliates and linked services of WebCeph services a worldwide and permanent license to use, save, copy, modify, transmit, disclose, describe, publicly post, distribute,create any derivative works from, or permit other users to use such data. This license will survive even after you stop using WebCeph services or after you deactivate your account.

The rights granted to WebCeph and the affiliates and linked services as related with the license as such will be solely used for the purpose of operating, developing, and promoting WebCeph services in addition to developing new services.

For you to use WebCeph services, you need to be possessing or have to obtain all legal rights needed for the data you provide. If WebCeph becomes aware of or determines that the data you provided violate applicable laws or WebCeph’s policies, WebCeph may delete the data concerned or reject your posting and utilization of such data within WebCeph services.

However, WebCeph is not obligated to review all of your or other users’ data. If WebCeph determines that your valuable right to data has been infringed, you can receive assistance from WebCeph’s Customer Service.

WebCeph services may include data not owned by WebCeph. In this case, the user who provides the data shall be solely responsible for the data. Your use of WebCeph services does not mean that you have the rights to the data provided by other users. To use data made available by other users, you must obtain separate permission from thedata’s owner.

4. User conduct

In order to access the Services, you will have to go through a registration process. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs through your account, so we urge you to keep your account password secure and to always log-off when leaving your computer unattended. Although WebCeph will not be liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of WebCeph or others due to such unauthorized use – so we strongly recommend notifying us immediately of unauthorized use of your account or of any related security breach.

Please note that you are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Web Site including ensuring you have sufficient equipment and internet connectivity to enable your device to access the Web Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Web Site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and any other applicable terms and conditions notified to you, and that they comply with them.

5. Paid Service of WebCeph

WebCeph's some basic features are provided for free use after viewing advertisements, but some services are provided for paid members only. For example, you can use dental medical image tracing and basic analysis for free after viewing advertisements, but you can use the advanced analysis function without advertisements or use the time lapse function of treatment progress only for paid membership.

WebCeph members can apply for a paid service contract according to the procedure provided by AssembleCircle and use the paid service after approval. However, in the case of any of the following cases, request may be rejected or deferred.

When using the paid service provided by AssembleCircle, WebCeph members should use it after paying the fee. The payment method for the fee for the paid service provided by the company is based on credit card payment, but there may be differences in payment method for each paid service. In the case of a service that is paid on a monthly basis, payment is made monthly unless you individually stop using the service and request cancellation of the periodic payment.

AssembleCircle may periodically request the member's personal information, which is absolutely necessary for payment, and WebCeph member must accurately provide the personal information required by AssembleCircle.

6.Cancellation or termination of the use of paid services

If you want to cancel the contract for using paid services, WebCeph members can apply for cancellation of paid services at any time by using the menu provided in the service, and the AssembeCircle will be processed promptly as stipulated by laws and regulations.

The termination of the paid service use contract is established upon the request for termination of the paid service use contract by WebCeph member and the consent of AssembleCircle.

If the application for termination of the paid service use contract is established by the consent of AssembeCircle, it will be canceled after the period of use for the current month has ended, and periodic payment will no longer occur. Paid service benefits are maintained normally until the last day of the current month's usage period.

If you want to use the paid service again next month after canceling the contract for using the paid service, you can apply for the paid service again using the menu provided in the service. The cancellation of the subscription will be canceled, and the subscription to the paid service contract will resume next month.

7. Feedback

Any feedback, information, suggestions, submissions or materials you submit through or related to this Web Site (a "Submission") will be considered non-confidential by WebCeph unless you inform us otherwise. By providing such Submissions to WebCeph, you agree that WebCeph shall have, at no charge and without the need to attribute the Submission to you, the right to copy, display, distribute and use the Submission. 

You also grant us the right to make, display and distribute any copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to, or based upon, the Submissions. WebCeph shall be free to use and/or disseminate such Submissions on an unrestricted basis for any purpose. Submissions shall not include any patient or doctor confidential information.

8. Modification, suspension and termination of the Web Site

It is important to note that we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate operation of or access to the Web Site, or any portion of the Web Site, at our discretion.  For example, we may terminate operation of the Web Site for all users if we no longer provide WebCeph services in your region or we may suspend your access to the Web Site for your violation of these Terms of Use.

We may also update the Web Site and change the content at any time. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Web Site, please note that any of the content on our Web Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

We may also interrupt the regular operation of the Web Site, or any portion of the Web Site, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, to correct errors, or to make other changes.

We also do not guarantee that the Web Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions and we do not give any warranties, conditions, promises or guarantees (collectively referred to as "promises"), whether express or implied, that the content on the Web Site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

Please note that the Web Site may include links to third party websites, including social media websites such as Facebook or Twitter. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not signify that we endorse such third party websites or any social media account that we have linked to. You also acknowledge and agree that the operation of the Web Site is dependent upon the proper and effective functioning of the internet and other third party equipment and services (including your own device or web browser), and that we do not guarantee and will not be liable for these in any way.

If you are a consumer and are using this Web Site, please note that we only provide our Web Site for domestic and private use.  You must not use our Web Site for any commercial or business purposes and we will not be liable to you for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential losses or damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenues, business, or goodwill.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms of Use, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have passed up our right to enforce any such failure against you, or that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do decide to pass up our right to enforce a default or breach of these Terms of Use by you, we will only do so in writing.

These Terms of Use are not intended to give rights to anyone except you and us.

13. Legal disputes

The relationship between you and WebCeph in relation to the WebCeph Terms of Service or WebCeph Services shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising between you and WebCeph arising out of or in connection with the WebCeph Terms of Service or WebCeph Services, shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out in the Civil Procedure Act of Republic of Korea.

14. Miscellaneous

You affirm that you are either more than eighteen (18) years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of thirteen (13), as the Service is not intended for children under thirteen (13). If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, then please do not use the Service.

WebCeph reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of the rules and regulations set forth in this website, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the website.

15. Cancellation policy

No Refund will be given if an existing subscription is canceled, upgraded or downgraded. A subscription can only be canceled by sending an email to admin@assemblecircle.com. An additional monthly fee may apply if a subscription is canceled less than 7 days in advance of the next renewal date.
