Hello
We would like to subscribe to Webceph premium for about 2-3 months. We have tried multiple times to pay through PayPal gateway with credit card but unsuccessfully. Can you please guide us regarding alternative methods. Thanks in advance

Dear Doctor, Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, WebCeph subscriptions are only available on PC browsers and we are currently recommending PayPal. However, in some situations, PayPal recurring payments may not work smoothly. In this case, what we can suggest is that you try to pay directly with a credit card by selecting "Other options" at the bottom right of the payment window.

If you choose to make a direct transfer to the company account using PayPal, please inform us, and we will generate and prepare an invoice equal to the quote provided by PayPal. We will then send the invoice to you via email. You can follow the instructions in the email to complete the payment. Additionally, if you already have a PayPal account, you can simply input the quoted amount and transfer it to our company’s email address. Our PayPal account is “admin@assemblecircle.com”. Once the payment for the quoted amount is sent to this PayPal account, we will update your membership status.
