I would like to continue with the one-year plan as originally intended. Kindly let me know: Is it possible to make an additional payment now for the remaining 11 months? What is the procedure to upgrade or extend the current one-month plan to a one-year plan?

Hi, I have issues trying to upgrade my account to Premium. When I click on PayPal it opens a blank page and if I close it there is a dialog that asks for the PayPal login. I put username and password but it does not work and stays blocked.

Olá! Gostaria de saber se preciso sempre ativar a calibração preset antes de detectar os pontos cefalométricos. Percebo que quando não ativo, a localização dos pontos se alteram. E ao ativar aparece uma régua na imagem que pode ser ajustada. Como uso essa régua? Preciso alterar o tamanho dela para o IA identificar os pontos corretamente? Obrigado

Prezado(a) doutor(a), Agradecemos pelo seu contato. As imagens radiográficas são compostas, por padrão, por pixels. Por isso, é necessário realizar uma calibração para converter essas medidas em unidades reais, como milímetros (mm). Esse processo de Calibração do Tamanho da Imagem (Image Size Calibration) permite obter medições de distância, resultados de análise e sobreposições (superimposition) mais precisos nos registros dos pacientes. Para realizar a calibração, clique no botão [Image Size Calibration] na tela de análise. Uma régua virtual vermelha aparecerá na imagem. Arraste as duas extremidades dessa régua para alinhá-la com uma régua de comprimento conhecido visível na imagem da radiografia. O sistema calculará automaticamente a proporção de Pixels por Milímetro (PPM). Você poderá escolher o comprimento da régua virtual entre 10mm, 20mm ou 30mm. Recomendamos selecionar o comprimento que melhor coincida com a régua real mostrada na imagem para uma calibração mais precisa. Após concluir a calibração, você pode clicar em [Set Calibration as Default] para definir o valor de PPM como padrão para todas as imagens que forem carregadas no futuro. A partir daí, a opção [Apply Preset Calibration] será ativada automaticamente, e o valor salvo será utilizado sem necessidade de nova calibração. Essa função foi criada para reduzir a repetição do processo de calibração, especialmente em clínicas que utilizam continuamente o mesmo aparelho de raios X. Se desejar aplicar uma calibração diferente em uma imagem específica, basta desativar a opção [Apply Preset Calibration] nessa imagem, e o novo valor de PPM informado manualmente será salvo e aplicado. Dear Ladies and Gentleman, we're using your software to evaluate our Cephs for our orthodontic practise for three years now. Since a few weeks we do have the problem that the AI doesn't find the right points (for example the porus accusticus externus or the Condylion or the orbita). This is very annoing, because we have to fix this problem manually. Amazingly, the problem doesn't occur all the time, but maybe in every third Ceph. Do you have an idea how to fix this? Regarding the issue you raised, we would like to inform you that there have been no recent changes made to the AI model used in WEBCEPH for cephalometric analysis. However, we would like to ask if the cephalometric images you upload are consistently captured under the same size and conditions. Upon reviewing the example you provided, it appears that the image may be somewhat close-up, particularly with the occipital region cropped, which is different from the images used during the training of our AI model. WEBCEPH’s landmark detection process follows three steps: 1) Facial region detection 2) General landmark detection 3) Refinement of each landmark within a localized region. If the uploaded image is too close-up, the initial facial region detection may result in a narrower detection range. This can lead to posterior landmarks, such as articulare, being incorrectly positioned more anteriorly than usual. If possible, we recommend using images with a broader region of interest (ROI) during acquisition to ensure more accurate landmark detection. We deeply appreciate your continued use of WEBCEPH and are committed to providing the most accurate and reliable service to support your clinical practice.
