If you want to mesialize the posterior teeth, the mini-screw anchor looks better than the TPA. :)

If extract the upper 4 other side and retract the anterior s can use tpa ..?

Since my case had crowding, there was no need for a mini-screw. But I think this case will have a lot of space after leveling.
