좋은 칼럼입니다~ ^^ 저는 44-55 ext 나 44-00 ext 둘 중에 고민 되는 증례에서는 턱관절질환이 의심시에는 상악을 먼저 발치할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 다만 하악 발치가 꼭 필요하다고 생각되는 증례에서는 하악을 먼저 빼고 어떻게 해서든 molar key를 개선시켜 가면서 치료해야된다고 생각합니다. 이 전략은 상악에도 크라우딩이 심해서 초반부터 상악도 같이 빼야하는 증례에서도 상악의 anchor를 mini-screw로 잘 보존하면서 molar key를 개선해 나가야한다고 생각합니다~ 좋은글 감사합니다 ^^

The position of the maxillary anterior teeth is one of the most important factors when evaluating the results of orthodontic treatment. In the case of severe crowding, even if the tooth was judged to be severely crowded, it was found that excessive extraction space remained when leveling was finished.
