This is a superimposition of patient using bionator appliance.

You can see the pattern when the removable growth control device is used.

You can see the mandible growing forward with the posterior movement of the maxillary anterior teeth.

Therefore, overcoming the difference between maxilla and mandible is maximized.

Good treatment result! which functional device do you prefer for Class II? (bionator, twin block, teuscher appliance...)

I prefer the bionator among removable appliances. But, I prefer more to use cervical headgear to correct Class II case.
