좋은 칼럼입니다~ ^^ 저는 44-55 ext 나 44-00 ext 둘 중에 고민 되는 증례에서는 턱관절질환이 의심시에는 상악을 먼저 발치할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 다만 하악 발치가 꼭 필요하다고 생각되는 증례에서는 하악을 먼저 빼고 어떻게 해서든 molar key를 개선시켜 가면서 치료해야된다고 생각합니다. 이 전략은 상악에도 크라우딩이 심해서 초반부터 상악도 같이 빼야하는 증례에서도 상악의 anchor를 mini-screw로 잘 보존하면서 molar key를 개선해 나가야한다고 생각합니다~ 좋은글 감사합니다 ^^

I prefer the bionator among removable appliances. But, I prefer more to use cervical headgear to correct Class II case.
